Do We Ship Internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday).
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Order Cutoff Time: 11:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Mexico City) every weekend.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience and will notify you via email or phone in case of significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges: Free shipping for all U.S. orders.
- Delivery delays: Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may cause minor shipping delays.
Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery Time
- Carrier: UPS
- Estimated Transit Time: 3-7 business days (after order processing)
- Guaranteed Delivery: Orders will be delivered after the 2-3 business day processing time.
Order Tracking & Shipment Confirmation
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking information will be updated and available within 24 hours.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States with free shipping.
🚫 We do NOT ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- Remote areas, including:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Idaho
- New Hampshire
- New Mexico
- North Carolina
- Oklahoma
- Puerto Rico
